Scott Zabler (General Manager)

Scott grew up near Chicago Illinois.His college education included four years at Purdue University where he earned a BS in Agriculture Economics.For the previous 25 years, Scott has worked for Ralston Purina, FC Stone, Penford Products, and Verasun Energy.His experience has included all aspects of grain merchandising such as buying, futures and options trading, and risk management.With grain merchandising Scott was also involved with the selling the different co-products from the wet milling industry.For the last two years Scott was the Commodity Manager for Verasun Energy.His role with the company included buying the corn, selling dry and wet distiller grains, selling of the ethanol, and the overall risk management for Verasun.

Scott Dorow (Plant Manager)

Scott is originally from Kerkhoven in West Central Minnesota.Scott's formal education was from the Naval Nuclear School in Orlando, Florida where he had received a Nuclear Power Operations Qualification and graduated from Nuclear Design School in Pittsburgh.Durring 1996 to 2004 he had worked at Chippewa Valley Ethanol where he advanced from operator to Project Coordinator for their 20 million gallon expansion of the facility.Scott continued his career as a consultant for Pacesetter Management at Utica Energy then started at Pine Lake as production manager.In August of 2005 he was then promoted to his current position as plant manager.

Deb Nederhoff (Chief Financial Officer)

Deb earned her BA in Accounting from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.Deb began work as the accountant for Pine Lake Corn Processors in 2001.Her experience includes serving as Assistant Controller for a large publisher and distributor (Riverside) in Iowa Falls, and as Controller for a large manufacturing company (Boyt Luggage) in Iowa Falls.

Brent Kuper (Assistant Production Manager)

Brent attended college studies consisted of Bio-Technology at Ellsworth Community College.Previous work experience before working at PLCP was mainly in the swine industry.Jobs ranged from general labor, maintenance, ag sales and production management.Brent was hired in December of 2005 and was promoted from a lead operator to his position as assistant production manager in April 2006.

Wendy Clikeman (Labratory Manager)

Wendy earned her BS degree in microbiology with a chemistry minor at University of Iowa and then earned her MS degree in Genetics at Iowa State University.Before joining Pine Lake Corn Processors Wendy worked in laboratories at the University of Iowa, Pioneer Hi-Bred and Iowa State University.In each of her previous positions, Wendy was responsible for setting up a lab from scratch and in her last position at Iowa State she was responsible for managing the lab.
